Conversion of credits in mobility programmes - ECTS tables

The University of Florence website provides access to the University's ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) tables, prepared in accordance with the ECTS Users' Guide 2015. These tables are intended to facilitate the conversion of grades within international mobility programmes and describe in a transparent manner how the national grading scale is used by the University.

The tables are divided by degree programme (or degree class) and by level (three-year, master's and single-cycle programmes) and contain the following information:

• the national grading system in use, highlighted in yellow in the tables;

• the statistical distribution of positive grades obtained by students on a specific degree programme (or degree class);

• the CUMULATIVE PERCENTAGES, also highlighted in yellow, which represent the progressive sum of the percentages associated with each grade;

• the comparison with the previous ECTS scale (A, B, C, D, E), for partner institutions that still use it.

ECTS scale

A Excellent 10%

B Very good 25%

C Good 30%

D Satisfactory 25%

E Sufficient 10%.

The tables are divided by School:
