The course aims to enhance the importance of the protection of creativity and innovation with reference to copyright and design, analyzing the various tools for the protection of the form provided for by the Italian legal system and by community and international legislation.

Type of Assessment
"Arrangements for the evaluation of learning.
The examination consists of an oral test, which covers the subjects indicated in the examination syllabus, carried out in the course of the lessons and contained in the textbook which is the subject of the syllabus.
Criteria for assessing learning.
In order to successfully pass the assessment of learning, the student must demonstrate, through the test described above, that he or she has a good understanding of the concepts set out in the course.
Criteria for measuring learning.
The test described above is awarded a score between zero and thirty.
Criteria for awarding the final grade.
In order for the result of the assessment to be positive, the student must achieve at least a score of eighteen thirtieth in the test described above. The maximum score is achieved by demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the contents discussed in the test. Praise is reserved for students who, having carried out the test correctly and completely, have demonstrated a high level of brilliance in oral exposure."
