Learning Objectives
Explanation of the main sociological interpretative keys by which organizations, work, professionality and continuing vocational training have been addressed. Understanding both of the interpersonal and social dynamics of learning processes and of their legal and bargaining framework in Italy and Europe.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of general sociology, sociology of work, sociology of organizations that will be presented however during the first lessons of the course
Teaching Methods
Not attending students: individual study and tutoring in the teacher's timetable of reception
Attending students: classroom work, group work, simulations, use of audio-visual materials

Course program
1) Elements of Sociology of Work and of Organizations: Subjectivity at work, organizational patterns, transformations in labor markets, professionally and its transformations, organizational learning, passive and active work policies (the European experiences: Italy, UK, Germany, France, Denmark, Sweden, USA)
2) Continuing Vocational Training System in Europe: legislative framework, regional experience in Italy, italian and european models
3) Social inclusion, work placement, European Welfare: citizenship and best practices in Italy and in Europe; flexibility, social security, educational and professional training strategies
