Learning Objectives
The course is intended for the study of entities operating in the third sector and for the analysis of the evolution of their role in the light of the constitutional framework, code regulations and special legislation.
Prerequisites
It is necessary to have passed the examination of general constitutional law and to have basic knowledge of administrative law.
Teaching Methods
The course is mainly carried out through face-to-face lectures. Materials are uploaded on the Moodle website of the Unifi.

Type of Assessment
ATTENDING STUDENTS
For attending students, the material on which to prepare the exam will be indicated by the teacher during the first lessons. The exam will be held orally.
NON ATTENDING STUDENTS
Oral exam with three questions: one on the part of the course dedicated to the study of fundamental freedoms; one on the constitutional status of the third sector; one on the 2017 law.
Course program
The course deals with the central aspects of the constitutional protection of fundamental freedoms with specific interest in the discipline of the third sector, of which the historical aspects, the constitutional statute and the characteristics of the 2017 reform will be analyzed.
