The workshop aims to arouse in the law student cultural awareness in the use of the language, in order to develop a concise and effective but also flexible arguing, both in written and oral language. It has to prove clear for all recipients.

Considering its theoretical but also practical approach, the course will consist in a writing and revision workshop of primary legal texts such as judgments and verdicts, administrative acts and contracts)

The workshop aims to arouse in the law student cultural awareness in the use of the language, in order to develop a concise and effective but also flexible arguing, both in written and oral language. It has to prove clear for all recipients. Six lessons will be held in class (also with on line avalaibility): the first three lessons will discuss lessical and sinctactic topics and cases; the fourth will concern the revision of judgment and administrative acts, public notice and communication. On the fifth lesson individual and group assigments, consisting in the linguistic analysis and rewriting of acts, will be defined; to be discussed on the sixth lesson. A forum on Moodle platform will consent to stimulate discussion on a new and more effective and friendly style in writing, also considering recent events and requests such as Covid self declaration required to leave home for special necessities during lockdown.
