The course will deal with the basilar concepts of Italian administrative law, analyzed according to a Constitutional and an European perspective, and with the most important rules provided in order to regulate public administration organization and activity. The attention will be focused mainly on administrative procedure law and on public services organization, comparing italian, french and German systems.

Learning Objectives
A) to single out the peculiarities of public administration; B) to survey the legal/administrative dimension of the phenomena to be considered in concrete terms from time to time; C) to be able to deal with most important laws which rule public administrations.
Prerequisites
To be admitted to the test of Administrative law the students are required to have preaviously passed successfully the examinations of Contitutional law and Private law
Teaching Methods
Traditional classroom lectures.
B) The students will be offered the opportunity to analyse administrative case-law, drawing up oral reports to present to the collegues. Moodle platform will be use to share documents and to organize interactive didactic. If possible, some lectures will be given in German by proessors of the University of Cologne
Type of Assessment
Oral exam.The examination aims to verify the preparation and presentation skills of each student in relation to the training objectives of the course. Reasoning skills will be part of the test.
