Knowledge of the characteristics that are typical of the interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary approach to environmental problems, Ability to identify and understand the potential that the school offers for learning and knowledge of planetary problems.
Recognize, motivate, argue the relationships of the human condition in the globalization era.
Knowing how to identify the risks of globalization and their influence in education and training.
Knowing how to read, interpret and argue the contribution of some religious traditions to environmental protection.

Teaching Methods
Lectures for the treatment of theoretical models, research questions and critical comparison of the topics covered
Organization of working groups for thematic in-depth analysis related to the different areas of intervention that deal with the transdisciplinary approach, the "Trinitarian" nature of human beings, sharing the planet, dialogue between religions and the environment, prevention of school dropout, 'civics.
Activities for putting into practice the method of debate organized for groups of students with the use of the English language
E-learning lessons and assignment of tasks to be carried out based on the topics and material covered
Meetings and round tables with experts.
Type of Assessment
For attending students, learning will be monitored through the presentation and discussion of the documents required during the teaching activity and through the preparation for the educational competition of debates on the topics of safeguarding the planet
Each week a work will be assigned to carry out in-depth analysis of what has been studied. The regular delivery of the papers and the active participation in the lessons both face to face and remotely attest to attendance at the course. The final exam will take place in oral form and will focus on an in-depth study of the topics considered during the course.
Non-attending students must deliver, before the oral exam, a dossier containing all the exercises assigned during the course. The oral exam will be on all the texts.
Course program
1. Presentation of the transdisciplinary approach necessary to interpret the complexity and interdependencies between human beings, society, the human species, the planet. Increasing the awareness that every human being has the genes within him that he shares with other living beings, but also with every other organism present on this earth. Development of a pedagogy of sharing achieved through the availability to inclusive and non-exclusive thinking such as that affirmed by the division of disciplines.
2. Study of texts, documents and essays that show how different religious traditions see environmental problems and propose interventions. The quality of the environment for the development of different areas of authentic relationships. Motivate learning and understand early school leaving: the complexity of knowledge.
3. Learning by direct experimentation of the debate methodology.
