Learning Objectives
The student will be able, under the supervision of internship nurses / guides, to:
Identify the person's problems of a nursing nature using the nursing care process
Identify the functional models of the person and their alterations by integrating theoretical knowledge with practical ones
Establish and maintain relationships with the assisted person with his or her family and / or significant people
Recognize and respect the role, their own skills and those of the members of the care team.
Acquire diagnostic reasoning skills, formulating hypotheses on health problems of nursing competence, also through the use of accredited systems of nursing diagnosis and collaborative problems and on the basis of appropriate measurement scales, correlating them to signs and symptoms presented by the assisted person, to lifestyle, self-care skills, perceived quality of life;
Develop the ability to plan nursing care, particularly individually, by defining results, objectives and priorities for intervention, based on the problems identified and in the context of organizational needs and optimal use of resources;
Apply the assistance plan by carrying out the planned interventions;
Develop the ability to agree on the results of nursing care with the assisted person;
Provide assistance responses in compliance with the ethical and deontological principles of the profession
Provide correct, effective and appropriate technical performance.

practical work, clinical care experience
