The course deals with the study of business organizations through the organizational design approach. The module will illustrate the basic elements and variables of an organization and will address the four distinct levels of organizational design: microstructure, macrostructure, lateral connections, and decision-making system.

The teaching activity will take place through lectures and class discussions of some business cases.
Type of Assessment
The final assessment is done through a written exam structured in two sections with 15 closed questions and 3 open questions.
