Learning Objectives
The goal of teaching is to provide knowledge to support process management in clinical settings working professional in a logic of organizational integration and manufacturing service. Upon completion of this module the student will be able to develop knowledge and skills in process management of nursing care in the different places. Describes the organizational models, planning processes and tools to ensure continuity and customize outreach approaches. Describes the professional profiles of health professionals and support services, with identification of decisional autonomy and operational, the skills offered by each and the organizational and professional integration strategies. Analyzes the strategies and quality testing and monitoring tools has improved. In its content teaching allows students to acquire elements of analysis, interpretation and application of legislation and professional ethics, of the mechanisms regulating the Organization and quality processes.
Teaching then allows the acquisition of basic skills, critical to maintaining clinical care and organizational issues with the adoption of policies of clinical governance and attention to social and cultural changes of the population.
