Learning Objectives
The lessons allow to deepen the theory, the methodology and the didactic of the movement for preventive and compensatory purpose adapted learned in the degree L 22 and to acquire knowledge in the field of physical activity of kind of prevention strategies Through behavioral education for the learning of correct lifestyles and for the prevention of major "contemporary" diseases, overloads in work, normal activities and sports in healthy and pathological subjects. Updates on motor activity adapted in morphological and postural alterations, in rachis pathologies and in the most common diseases of the locomotor apparatus, also in the post-rehabilitation phase, in the evolutionary age, adult and elderly. Notions of motor activity applied to dysmetabolic syndromes and functional training, pelvic floor and abdominal wall. Back pain in sports
Prerequisites
The students must have acquired with a bachelor's degree L22 the tools of practical application of the concepts of use of the movement adapted for preventive and compensatory purposes to better understand the insights and knowledge of new methods.
Teaching Methods
Critical review of the main methods of treatment with physical exercise with slides
Further information
Learning the tools for epidemiological investigations and Back Pain Research in sport and in the field of work, school screening and questionnaires.
Type of Assessment
Self-Assessment Quiz
