Lectures on the main aspects of the exam’s program and seminars over specific topics. Power point presentations and other materials handed out during the lessons, will be available through the Moodle.

Lesson Format.
96 hours of lectures The course consists of lectures, exercises and seminars. The reference to constitutional values and to the principles of Community law is constant. Particular attention is devoted to the examination of jurisprudence. Attending students will be able to access the slides of some lessons (through the moodle platform) and the judgments subject to in-depth analysis will be distributed.

Students wishing to attend the course must register through the Moodle platform within the first two weeks of the lessons. Students who have applied for the passage of the course must register for the course through Moodle as soon as the authorization has been made known. The attendance of the students enrolled in the course will be recorded by roll call on a random basis. Students enrolled in the course are required to notify the teacher before the beginning of each lesson if they are absent. a maximum of 3 excuses will be allowed.

Mid-term exam to verify understanding: for attendees a written non-mandatory mid-term exam is provided. Final exam: oral.
Type of Assessment - Last names E-N
For attending students there will be at least one optional intermediate written exam.
The procedures for carrying out and passing that test (s) will be communicated by the teacher directly in the classroom during the lessons.
In any case, the final exam will be held in oral form.
Attending students who have passed the intermediate test (s) will be questioned on the remaining part of the program. The final grade will come out considering also the intermediate test (s)’ s grade.
Attending students who have not passed the intermediate test (s) or students who are not attending will be questioned on the whole exam's program and the final grade will come out considering the overall progress of the interview.
Student with basic knowledge of the private law system will be considered sufficient, unless big mistakes during the interview.
Descriptive knowledge, more or less extensive but without critical analysis or enunciation of the jurisprudential principles or coordination between the institutes, will be considered hardly more than 24/30.
Student with in-depth systemic knowledge and answering every time in a proper and accurate way, with reference also to the relevant jurisprudence, will be considered excellent.
Type of Assessment - Last names O-Z
For attending students there is a written test of optional self-assessment which takes place approximately eight weeks after the beginning of the course. The exam is divided into five open-ended questions on topics covered during the lessons. To pass the test, you need to answer four questions in a sufficient manner. The profit exam is oral and is the same for all students attending and not attending.The criteria used for the assessment of the examination are functional to ascertain the knowledge acquired by the student, the ability to grasp the systematic links between the institutions and the methods of expression.
