Provide the notions and the concepts for an advanced deepening of the general discipline of the contract in the private law system in Italy, through the civil code and the complementary legislation. A specific reference will be dedicated to the complex system of sources on contracts general discipline, to the most controverted issues faced by the National and European judges, as well as the main orientation in juridical literature.
Skills.
a) learn the appropriate technical terminology used in Private Law and use the method of the conceptualization of the juridical-private process as a fundamental basis to approach the law;
b) ability to appropriately use the Civil Code and other special laws and to begin to relate them with the European Law sources;
c) ability to understand the principles and connections which complexly compose the main concepts of Private Law, especially the legal sources and the validity of the contract;
d) ability, within the knowledge and skills acquired, to apply the method acquired for the solution of legal issues;
e) ability to operate in private or public professional fields, that require specific knowledge of contracts structure and validity;
