The course of the Agricultural Law aims to reach the acknowledge of the matter through the basic institutions of land ownership, agricultural enterprise and the contract farming, paying attention to the plurality of sources, community and national.

Learning Objectives
The Agricultural Law course aims to provide students with a systematic knowledge of the discipline of agriculture on the basis of international sources, community and national. The course aims to prepare students with the skills necessary to develop the analysis of a legal text, and basic legal skills needed to make decisions involving the organization and management of the agricultural farms.
