The course will deal with the basilar concepts of Italian administrative law, analyzed according to an European perspective, and with the most important rules provided for public administration organization and activity. The attention will be focused mainly on administrative procedure law and on public services organization, comparing italian and german systems.

To be admitted to the test of Administrative law the students are required to have preaviously passed successfully the examinations of Contitutional law and Private law I
