The Laboratory will present the main methodological tools for the educational project management through:
1) Definition of project management and its goals
2) Planning of the project
3) Planning of HR,network, RAM, GANTT
4) 5 areas of project management: definition, planning, execution, monitoring, end of the project
5) Project Outputs, SWOT analysis
6) Budget
Materials, documents and articles will be distributed during the classes. Moreover for all participants, Erasmus and foreign students included, it is recommended the volume European Commission, Project Cycle Management Guide, EuropeAid Cooperation Office, Vol. 1, 2004 (available online)

Prerequisites
Knowledge in the field of methodology of the research is recommended (not required).
Teaching Methods
Lectures, Laboratories, Workgroups, meetings with the legal representatives of the bilateral organization Ebipro and the interprofessional bilateral fund Fondoprofessioni.

Students-Teacher conversations are on Wednesdays from 9.30 to 11.30 am or at the end of the classes.
Type of Assessment
In order to pass the final oral exam, students organized in groups will manage and realize a project. The paper and electronic (pdf) versions of the project will be sent to the professor at least 5 days before the exam and it will be discussed during the exam.
