b) ability to complete the proper application of the Civil Code and of the other special laws;

E 'will be an oral test that concerns the whole program. This test is intended to test knowledge of the overall privatization system. In particular, it seeks to ascertain whether the ability to grasp the principles and connections that characterize the disciplines covered in the course, connecting them with those previously learned, is the ability to use the acquired method for the more complex and articulated solution legal issues
